Picks of the Month: Required Bankruptcy Reading for August 2007

Time to catch up on summer reading.  Last summer, that is.  This post is part of the continuing series, started back in October 2005, linking to important bankruptcy-related articles of interest.  The last post in the series came after the birth of my twin boys last October and covered picks for June and July 2007.

Special thanks to Marie Whittaker, our Barnard-bound summer intern, who's spent much time assembling this and future posts.  This post covers required reading for August 2007.
